Frequently Asked Questions

  • The tour is best suited for guests who are comfortable walking on natural trails and uneven terrain. A moderate level of mobility is recommended.

  • Yes, when stream conditions are safe, guests are welcome to enjoy the natural pool. Safety is always our top priority, and swimming is permitted only when conditions allow.

  • The waterfall tour is an optional extension to your farm visit. Depending on trail and stream conditions, the hike from the farm to the waterfall typically takes approximately 15–25 minutes one way, with about the same amount of time for the return hike. Overall, plan on adding approximately 90 minutes, give or take, to your visit, depending on your group's pace and the time spent enjoying the waterfall.

  • Our waterfall tours are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 5 to 6 guests, to provide a relaxed and personal experience. Solo travelers and couples may be combined with other guests to create a small group experience. Private tours may also be available upon request.
